Counter billing
Dine-in, takeaway and delivery on one screen. Split bills, part payments, held orders, and an 80mm receipt that prints in under a second.
LiveBuilt for restaurants in Pakistan
Billing, kitchen tickets, delivery and every branch in one place — running from the machine on your counter, not from a server in another city. Bills never wait for a connection.
The POS owns its own database. The cloud is a copy, not a dependency.
Orders are an append-only log, so every change keeps what came before.
Stock, staff, prices and reports all know which branch they belong to.
80mm and 58mm thermal, network kitchen printers, drawers, scanners.
What it does
Eight parts, in the order an order actually moves through a restaurant — not in the order they were built.
Dine-in, takeaway and delivery on one screen. Split bills, part payments, held orders, and an 80mm receipt that prints in under a second.
Tickets routed to the right station — grill, cold, bar. Bumped when the food leaves, so prep time becomes a number instead of an argument.
Categories, variants, modifiers and deals. Different prices per channel, because Foodpanda is not dine-in and pretending it is costs you margin.
Zones with their own charge, riders with their own settlement, and aggregator orders that carry the platform's commission on them.
Stock that moves when a dish is sold, not when somebody remembers. Every movement is kept, so short stock always has an explanation.
Per-person PINs and per-person limits. Who may discount, how much, who may void after the ticket printed — set for your restaurant, not ours.
One login across every branch. Push a menu change to all of them, then read them side by side and see which one is discounting twice as much.
Rush hours by weekday, sales per waiter, net payout per aggregator, and margin per dish from the recipe. Everything exports.
Why it is different
Every POS does billing. These are the things that decide whether a restaurant actually makes money — and most of them are recorded by other systems and never shown to you.
Most local POS systems die without the LAN, and cloud ones die without the internet. Bills, printing and the kitchen screen all run from the machine in front of you. The cloud catches up afterwards — and no bill is ever lost waiting for it.
Void after the kitchen ticket printed, discounts nobody approved, the drawer opened with no sale, bills reprinted. Per cashier, per shift. Most POS systems record all of this and show you none of it.
Foodpanda takes 25–30% before anything reaches your account. A POS that shows you the gross makes you feel profitable on orders you lost money on. We show the net payout, per platform.
Sales, cash variance, top items and anything that looked wrong, in one WhatsApp message when the day closes. The owner never has to open the POS — or ask the manager what happened.
Recipes turn sales into food cost, so you can see which dish is carrying the kitchen and which one is quietly losing money on every plate.
Every bill, every line, every event, exported as CSV whenever you want — without asking us, and without still being a customer. Most systems hold your history hostage.
Getting started
There is no sign-up form and no trial you configure alone. We set your restaurant up with you, on your own menu, and train the people who will use it.
Twenty minutes about how your restaurant runs — dine-in, delivery, how many counters, which aggregators.
Branches, counters, printers, tax and receipt. Your menu is moved across from whatever it is in now.
On your own data, at your own counter — cashiers, kitchen, and the manager who closes the day.
We stay on the phone through the first week, which is the week that decides everything.
What it costs
The price depends on how many branches and counters you run, and on what moving your existing menu and records across involves. So we quote it rather than list it — and you get one number, not a plan table to decode.
Configuration, branches and counters, printers, tax and receipt, moving your menu across, and training your team on it.
Everything on this page: counter, kitchen, delivery, inventory, staff, reports and the owner dashboard.
Monthly for the whole business, monthly per branch, or lifetime. Whichever fits how you actually run — it is one line in your account either way.
Questions
Nothing. Billing, printing, the kitchen screen and the cash drawer all run on the counter machine itself, against its own database. When the line comes back, everything that happened is pushed up in order. A branch can run for days like this — the grace period is set per restaurant, and it warns long before it bites.
No. Moving your menu across is part of the setup — from a spreadsheet, from your old system, or from a printed card. You can also import it yourself from a CSV later, and push one branch's menu to all the others in one click.
Only as much as you allow. Each person has their own limit as a percentage; above it, the POS asks for a manager PIN. Every discount is stored with who approved it, and the ones given today are on your dashboard before you get home.
One account. Each branch has its own counters, stock and staff, but you read them side by side, push menu changes across, and compare average bill, discount rate and voids between them. Staff only see the branch they work in.
Yes — those orders come in as their own channel with their own prices, and the platform's commission is recorded on each one. At payout time you reconcile what they actually sent against what the orders said they owed you.
It depends on how many branches and counters you run, and on what moving your existing menu and records across involves. So we quote it rather than list it. Tell us about your restaurant and we will price it on a call, within one working day.
One call, and a price for your setup within a working day. No account is created, and nothing is charged until you say yes.
